This Ampharos, nicknamed Amphy, is an Electric-type Pokémon owned by Jasmine.

Jasmine sent Amphy to flash out a light from Ecruteak City's ruins, to signalize they were in trouble.[1]
Amphy watched as Jasmine had the workers repair and construct the buildings in Ecruteak City.[2]
Jasmine sent Amphy to battle Brock's Kabutops. Amphy clashed with Kabutops, but was hurt by its Ancient Power. Instead, Jasmine called Amphy back and sent her Steelix.[3]
Due to Team Rocket having infiltrated into the Indigo Plateau, Jasmine and Ampharos battled the grunts.[4] They got on the train with the other Gym Leaders, where the rest of the grunts were.[5]
Johto II[]
Jasmine left with her Amphy to Sinnoh region, to perfect herself in Pokémon Contests.[6]
