This variant of Ash is a character appearing in Pokémon Journeys: The Series. He is the counterpart of Ash Ketchum from an alternate world.

He resembles Ash a lot and looks exactly like his main counterpart. His outfit are alternate colors of Ash's Journeys outfit;
Biography[]
In the episode, " The Gates of Warp", Ash and Alternate Ash first meet when Ash was running towards himself and says, " Excuse me!" The Alternate Ash turns, and they stare at each other for a few seconds before yelling, " IT'S ME!" In one another's faces. Ash looks horrified, and Alternate Ash looks mildly concerned. In the next episode, " Showdown at the Gates of Warp", Ash introduces himself, only to find Alternate Ash is exactly like him- same name, same hometown, same everything! Ash then says in awe they're both the same person, and Alternate Ash replies, " I haven't the foggiest idea." Then he starts walking away but Ash runs to him and grabs him by the bag. Chloe then tells Alternate Ash to imagine his own world, and explains to him this is that world. Then Pikachu speaks and Alternative Ash sees this and hugs Pikachu. When Ash says to Alternate Ash he seems to like Pikachu, Alternate Ash breaks down. Later, he is seen telling Chloe and Ash what happened to his Pikachu, in which Ash freaks out. Alternate Ash suggests they go to Professor Rowen's lab, and is later seen being dropped to the ground by Ash's Gengar. When Goh comes out and exclaims there are two Ash's, Alternate Ash is seen covering his face. After Pikachu and Cinderace de- age, Alternate Ash advises the girls to return their Pokemon to their balls. Later, when the original four heros climb onto their flying creatures, Alternate Ash and Dawn stay behind. Eventully, we see Alternate Ash on his phone, trying to call a Pokemon Master he knows that has a specialty in flying Pokemon. Then they meet Alternate Goh and Chloe. They fly to where their Original forms are, and battle. Alternate Ash sends out his Infernape, but nothing happens. He wants to give up, but Ash convinces him not to. They fight Team Rocket valiantly, but ultimately are turned into toddlers. Alternate Ash is seen breaking down and collecting the eggs that hold his de- aged Pokemon. A few minutes later, when they are calling for Arceus to break up the fight between Dialga and Palkia, he is seen cluthcing his hands together and on the verge of crying, and later is seen crying. When Arceus comes and breaks up the fight between Dialga and Palkia, both Ash's are seem side hugging one another. And when they jump out of the portal, Alternate Ash runs to Ash and hugs him from the back.
