Biography

Bisharp slashes Ash's Hawlucha with Guillotine, defeating him.

Bisharp was used as Alain's third Pokémon during his six-on-six battle against Ash in the Lumiose Conference. It went up against Ash's Hawlucha and immediately paralyzed him with Thunder Wave. Next, Bisharp used Guillotine against Hawlucha, who used X-Scissor. After the clash, Hawlucha used High Jump Kick, but missed and received recoil damage. Thus, Bisharp managed to defeat him easily with Guillotine. Afterwards, Alain swapped Bisharp for Unfezant.

Greninja fires Water Shuriken at Bisharp.

After Charizard defeated Ash's Pikachu, Bisharp was sent out to battle Ash's Goodra. Goodra started off with Rain Dance, followed with Ice Beam. Bisharp dodged and used Iron Head, but Goodra stopped its attack. Goodra released Dragon Pulse, which collided with Bisharp's Focus Blast. Goodra took the hit, as well as Bisharp's Iron Head, since Goodra used Bide. Goodra fired the attack and wounded Bisharp, who repeated its Iron Head attack. With Guillotine, Bisharp negated Goodra's Dragon Pulse and defeated it. Ash sent Greninja out, who surrounded Bisharp with Double Team. While Bisharp banished the illusions with Iron Head, Goodra fired Water Shuriken, which was empowered by Rain Dance, enough to defeat Bisharp.
