. ゥ ( .I' . is a glitch Pokemon in Pokémon Yellow. It is a Charizard hybrid. It evolves from a glitch Pokémon called 7g. It is unknown why but once 7g evolves, . ゥ ( .I' . is called TM40 instead of its actual name. As seen in its Pokédex entry, it is as tall as h Poké and weighs the same amount. It is in need of research why it, h Poké, and a handful of other Pokémon are this same height and weight.
Another interesting thing about . ゥ ( .I' . is that it is a perfect Charizard hybrid other than in its Pokédex entry. It has the same cry and moveset as a Charizard from Gen 1 unless it keeps some of the glitch moves it knew as a 7g. It is only obtainable via the time capsule exploit glitch with an Unown. Though 7g is obtainable via the Mew Glitch if you have a Pokemon with a special stat of 198.
