There’s more than one. I saw about 3 myself. Two of which are so subtle you’d have to flip flop them over and over again to see it.

Side note: you have a rival character in here that acts like a complete Gary Oak. So far, he survived getting killed off, then as a “sign of respect”, tries to kill you casually by giving you a cursed invisibility charm.

Bear in mind, I’m not fluent in German, even after taking some lessons and playing these games from start to finish. I’m quite literally taking all of this without much context.
One thing to mention is that the German dub is more faithful to the original text you’d find in Gen 7 and prior. Cities have city or town in their names, and I believe the text is still “a wild ________ appeared” rather than the lamer “you encountered a wild ________”.
