Ya know how Pikachu and Eevee both have Gigantamax forms and they are not fully evolved well I think its because there was a evolution stone shortage in Galar so they could not evolve so thats why they both have Gigantamax forms but dont know why Kanto Meowth has one

@TrashAtBedWars True but you have to remember that Pikachu, Eevee, and their evolutions do not have Megas, and its rare for a Pokemon to be able to Gigantamax also Z moves do not apply to Gigantamax and Dynamax Pokemon so this theory checks out.
