Gonna be running a hard-core nuzloke on Fire Red. You all no the rules but oh well I'll out them here anyway.
-Can only catch the first Pokémon I find on every route.
-Must Nickname every Pokémon I catch.
-If a Pokémon faints it dies and can never be used again for the rest of the run.
-No items during battles. (Held items are okay.)
-Cannot exceed the level of the next gym leader's highest level pokemon. Doing so will result in said Pokémon being benched until their level is within the level cap of the next gym.
-Dupes clause: If I encounter a Pokémon on a new route that I've already encountered before, I am obligated to skip it and get a new encounter.
-Shiny Clause: If I encounter a shiny Pokémon, I can catch it and use it in battle regardless of dupes clause or if I've already encountered and caught it before.

Route 1 encounter. Welcome to the team Adiran!
Caught a Mankey I named Jackie on Route 22 but I forgot to take a picture. Then caught a Caterpie named Free on Route 2. Did some grinding, now we have a Butterfree
Caught a Pikachu in Viridian Forest. Pretty lucky but yet again- forgot to take a picture. I'm really bad at that stuff. Did some extra grinding afterwards. Got em all uo to at least lvl ten.
Made it to Pewter City where in Part 2 we're gonna face Brock!
