Hey so I’ve been mainly active on others wiki’s and have things like school work/other projects I need to focus on. I wasn’t sure if I was going to continue the contest at that point, and never really made my choice on either or not I did. I will be honest and say I forgot about it for like 5 days or smth. I can just end it now and post the results tommorow, since I have nothing to do tommorow. Sorry for seeming like I just ditched the contest, my school sucks.

Sorry I haven’t made the new poll yet, I’ve been working on a school essay and having some issues with forms. I just want to say this so you know I haven’t forgotten about the contest at all!

Why do I feel like my oc is trying to be the main character of the story. Like a little bit too much, I’m probably going to edit or scrap her.

Personality (please go into as much detail as possible): Yunoko has a fervent hope of stopping the war. She doesn’t feel like she can trust anyone, even if she knows she can. Yunoko believes that everything is on her and that nobody, even her closet friends, can do things for themselves. She’s been described as

aggressive,skittish,somewhat delusional,paranoid,tired,pathetic,and closed off from most people. Yunoko preferrs compromise over confrontation, and wants to be the one to bring order in the chaos of the indigo war. She’s never considered that she might not be the right one to save everyone, or that she’ll might need help if she’s even going to do anything.

Yunoko views herself as unique and important for at least something. She wants to be known for something great. Yunoko has very inconsistent morals, as she would be willing to kill someone a Johtonian. She hasn’t really realized this, but it seems like she only wants to help the kantonians win the war and then it will lead to peace. Yunoko is somewhat hypocritical and often takes leads even in situations where it’s best for her to take a back seat. She’s holds high expectations for anyone who thinks they can “stop the war” like she can (although she probably can’t), and is mad when they don’t meet some of her unrealistic expectations. She’s fully willing to do anything to keep Kanto stable.

Yunoko has no real talents, not really smart, not really strong, and her “charm” is practically invisible. Yunoko refuses to believe that she doesn’t have anything to offer.She talks slowly and isn’t the first one to figure something out She just wants to be unique from other people, to feel like she’s special. Yunoko is scared of being just a background character or being seen as dumb and unimportant. To die in the war like a regular nameless solider who did nothing. But are they wrong? What could she do by just being a normal solider? Deep inside she realizes that she isn’t important but refuses to let anyone tell her something that she already knew inside.

(I’m better with personalities) Backstory: Yunoko was born in the Hoenn. She lived a fairly normal life for a child growing up in the war with her Torchic. She and her widowed mother lived in fear, but were overall content with each other. Now nothing lasts forever, one day their town got destroyed by a bombing attack from Kanto. The few survivors got on a boat to go seek refuge from somewhere else. Yunoko’s mom faked their passports and were able to successfully move to Kanto, the same place that destroyed their former home. Of course, her mother never said that to her, and Yunoko just thought it was some other region. The trauma of the event stills haunt her to this day…after moving she gained an interest in reading fictional books. She liked underdog stories or how unlikely heros came form the simplest of folks. Yunoko started to imagine herself as one of those people, someone who would stop the war and makes things right again, or at least do something that would significantly help.

So here she is, Yunoko just got into the army and out of the city’s walls for the first time in years.

Blaziken: Yunoko’s only partner and only friend. He is a normal Blaziken with a metal armband closet to his shoulder with a blazikenite. Blaziken is very supportive of Yunoko and is playfully affectionate with his master. Outside of Yunoko he is cold and doesn’t really trust anyone that Yunoko doesn’t trust (which is no one). He is capable of mega evolution, but doesn’t do it often. He’s aggressive towards people or Pokémon that even try to touch her. He thinks highly of her and would loyally sacrifice himself for Yunoko.
