Both of them were from massive mass outbreaks, the glameow was from Cobalt Coastlands and the Gallade (caught as a ralts) in Alabaster Icelands, very proud of both of them! Both were random encounters.

Lance's dragonites are quad weak to ice. So just spam ice moves on them untill they die
