You dont need to be a competitive pokemon guy to know what assault vest is. this poll is obviously for competitive teams so why bother if you dont know competitive also AV disables all non attacking moves.

The only reason kyurem black got into ubers is 170 attack and it got a speed increasing move aka dd assault vest would prevent that and make me die to literally every super effective physical move

90 base spdef isnt that bad also 391 hp

All of the starters is to fight meganium is a straight up medic it would be better with spore its offense is pretty bad it only has utility. its a pure medic and still manage to get outclassed by other medics or utilitymons
