I just watched a video involving the starter evolutions and for the record all three starters in scarlet and violet evolve into their final evolutions at level 36.
If Pokemon does retire Ash after the end of ultimate Journeys, I will not watch any new Pokemon series afterward, made no mistake I was still play the games, but for me the main protagonist of the anime has always been Ash and I can't imagine a Pokemon anime without him.

I originally decided to go with Sprigatito for Scarlet and Fuecoco for Violet but now based on the Designs of the Final Evolutions I'm going with Quaxly for Scarlett and Fuecoco for Violet. Basically Quaxly becomes a dancer and Fuecoco becomes a Singer so you can do a song and dance routine with both of them.
