Shadow had used Drift to recreate a black hole to get back into there world.

Shadow and Goose suddenly got sucked back into the black hole again but Goose landed on the forest and Shadow onto Chad's Back.

Shadow, holding on to Sean, Mega evolved him for preparation the rift had closed in between and he got sent somewhere else. A place with Enderman and a dragon.
In the end, Shadow got sucked inside.
