This is a fan cast of Kaiju Sentai Zyukaiser, a dino-themed Tokusatsu Sentai series made by indie Tokusatsu studio Giga with the characters from the anime Pokemon (mainly the Journeys series)

I think that once Pokemon Journeys Ends, this will be the next Pokemon season.
It will have returning characters from past seasons forming a super crew to defend the Pokeverse from an evolved Team Rocket led by a new villain.
