For a theory of Tierno, Shauna and Trevor's Pokémon: Tierno has a Squirtle and Trevor has a Charmander that they have finally already evolved so fast into Wartortle to Blastoise and Charmeleon to Charizard expect for one thing Shauna's Bulbasaur that has one evolve into an Ivysaur have been easy back in the old anime version.
They're probably are a wonderful family.

On Pokémon Journeys: The Series of episode 93 "Your Name is Françoise" Ash would have use Pikachu and Dragonite together, while facing off one of those group of Magnemite's it certainly was close enough to challenge through the highest rank.
