I've contemplated this for a bit now but I feel like it is time I come forward with it. I'm considering stepping down from my role as a Discussion Mod/Admin from the Pokémon Wiki and likely either become largely inactive or entirely leave the Pokémon Wiki.
This choice wasn't brought on by anyone on the team, any event, or anyone else on the wiki. This choice does not have to do with any complications related to the wiki or people outside of it. This is simply a personal choice, as I feel like maintaining the Discussion Board (or the wiki in general) has become a lesser priority of mine over time (what with having to maintain many IRL responsibilities now) and I have found new callings elsewhere.
I don't know how much of a hit my leaving is going to be on the Discussion Board, since many have considered me a very helpful user, but I do not think it will be too bad (of course, I do not mean this in a self-deprecating way). Most of my recent duties have simply been carrying out single bans or reports, which have been scarce recently, so I assume things are all well and good on the Discussion Board, or at least I hope.
I'm considering possibly holding a new contest before I go, in case the contest slots are not currently filled. If there isn't a spot by at least the end of June, I'll likely skip this contest part.
I'm glad to have met many kind, helpful, relatable, and fun people, both during my time as a normal user and by joining the Discussion Moderation team, and I feel like it has helped me form friendships I wouldn't have found anywhere else. I would recommend setting up some sort of theme for the contest though. The quality and theming could vary extremely without a prompt and it may make things a little bit harder to judge if everyone chooses different themes.

Yeah the tier name was made up on a whim bc I didn't know what to call it. The general theme of the tier isn't really "I don't like them bc they are a stylized animal", it's just whatever designs I just don't like but don't necessarily hate. It just so happened that most were largely based on normal animals lol
Sorry for not being extremely active on here. I have mostly been watching over things without interacting unless there is a problem, and from what I've seen, there aren't a whole lot of major problems happening recently. Even the Reported Posts tab is typically empty when I check up here. Most of the time, when there is a major problem, Fulminata or Gottem contact me on Discord, so I thank them greatly for that.
Is there anything major that needs attending that I'm unaware of?

The Ponyta-Voltorb, Magikarp-Dratini, and Weedle-Mankey ones are all so goooooood but if I have to choose only one it's def the Magikarp-Dratini
It says that I'm able to edit the page but if I were to add a Discussion Mods section I would also have to put a section about previous Discussion Moderators and when they were instated, and my knowledge on that front isn't too high.
Also I believe there are some templates or extensions or whatever that can be used to automatically display a user's current PFP, which I used on a previous wiki, so I don't know why the single excuse of "changing PFPs too often" is close to a good excuse when just some extra coding has to be done, which would also make the Source of the page shorter as well.

Doubles are infinitely more fun just for how much insane stuff you can pull off with most of the unique abilities and reactions between moves.
This person generally makes weird off-topic or low effort posts. They made a post just like this but I think it was just a Zacian image instead of Zamazenta. I've deleted it.
(Also just looking at their post history in general is super weird and most of the time it is deleted posts)
