Surprisingly, Necrozma keeps appearing in Peonia's random offer constsntly... even though I finished shiny hunting it and caught it.
I am not certain in that regard.
After your fight with Peony. You're pretty much able to explore. But will be unable to trigger the story flags to ecounter the Galarian Birds, or open the Regi temples or do Calyrex.
You'll need to progress Peony's story a little bit more to open those up.
Was it one that you yourself hosted for the Orbeetle? If so, that would be downright insane luck.
It's heartwarming to see those old shiny's have new purpose in life. I traded for them years ago, but never had plans for them. I'm glad theyre now experiencing a new adventure.
A shiny in a den is impossibly rare, let alone a G-max one. (Most of the ones you find people hosting are hacked or glitched). The real shiny odds for dens are downright terrible.

Is there a G-max in particular you were interested in obtaining?
G-max Dens are incredibly rare. Legitimately, a G-Max den can only appear from a "Rare" den (the pink ones with more details and a yellow background when inspected). Rare dens have a 10% spawn chance when a regular den appears or is summoned (with Wishing Pieces). Then, the den has a 5% on top of that already low chance to appear, to be a G-Max Pokémon.
