Here’s some tips: color your art on a layer below your lineart, it’ll make your art much cleaner and faster. Also are you using a mouse? If you don’t have an art tablet you can get more accurate lines with your finger(personally I use a stylus) and an art app on your phone/tablet.
All of yall downplay your art so much, jeez.
I remember this! Definitely finish it.
No, this is really cute. You only get better with practice.
Those wings are beautiful, amazing job!
I’m not going to participate in any contests for a while, lol. Might host one eventually, but I’m focusing on other stuff at the moment.
Agreed. I'm really upset about Megas(they're even going to be in the anime!) as how hard would it be to make the stones Max Raid prizes and just say you can't mix it with Dynamax? Z-moves canonically only work in Alola but Mega Stones have been seen in three regions. Plus they help a lot of Pokemon statwise.
Are Fakemon allowed as long as we have canon or balanced moves/abilities and balanced stats?
Anything from Mystery Dungeon, but Run Away, Time Gear, Primal Dialga, and Don't Ever Forget are some of my favorites.
-Pokemon based off a cockatrice, jackalope, or gryphon(Silvally is more of a scientific chimera than a gryphon.)
-Finish off the unused type combos.
-More terrain conditions too.
Statwise, Inteleon is essentially Greninja but with even lower defenses and more attack power. It’s a very good glass cannon, defenses aren’t everything. Cinderace is similar, but Libero will make it more broken. Rillabolm is okay but honestly I prefer the other two.
Wow, that is pretty!
Flairy is a subpar name, though; what about Kitsear(a combination of kitsune and sear) or Faegnite(combination of fae and ignite)?
What is your secret to this smoothness-
Techneon sounds cool.
(My Eeveelution Cybreon sends a hello lol)
Whoa that is good!
Since this is a fanregion there are a lot of Fakemon.
Gym Trainers: usually have regional bird midevos, other Flying-types are uncommon
Converacaw(Chatot Fakemon evo, Normal/Flying), ability Cacophony(boosts Sound moves by 30%, yes I recycled a deleted ability)
Moves: Boomburst, Chatter, Snarl, Bug Buzz
Thundrikeet(looks like a yellow cockatiel, Electric/Flying), ability Volt Absorb
Moves: Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Double Team, Hyper Voice
Engryph(looks like a purple gryphon with blue runelike markings, Psychic/Flying), ability Distort(field effect, 30% chance of opponent confusion upon switch-in, 30% chance of opponent using a random move)
Moves: Calm Mind, Psychic, Air Slash, Roost
Corviknight, ability Pressure
Moves: Body Press, Steel Wing, Roost, Brave Bird
Magnipheasant(looks like a green bird with white markings on its face, a white chest, a “collar” of long feathers and long green tail, and a red belly), ability Defiant
Moves: Giga Drain, Hurricane, Glare, Dazzling Gleam
Talonflame-Mega(four wings, all black and gray markings become white, instead of flight feathers and tail it has fire), ability Phoenix Flame(the lower its HP, the stronger its attacks)
Moves: Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, Swords Dance, Steel Wing
TM Reward: Roost
The Unova starters, Flygon, and legendary birds/beasts need Megas.
Favorite Mega: Altaria
Least favorite Mega: Aerodactyl(THEY JUST STUCK ROCKS ON IT)
It’s freaking adorable!
There was a draw-yourself-as-a-Trainer contest not too long ago... yeah I did myself as a Gym Leader
Although her signature Pokemon is her Talonflame(who has a Mega!) she dresses like a Converacaw(Fakemon evo for Chatot; looks similar to its prevo but larger and more ornate.) Talonflame’s patterns are a little too fiery for her to want to wear.
Most of the other Gym trainers also wear the goggles or an aviator cap; they all have the “wings” on their clothing.
(Is team next?)
1: A wide, high tower built into a mountain with a platform-jumping puzzle to reach the top. The roof is the arena; Flying-type Pokemon have all the room to maneuver. Arena effect(extra Gym challenge I made up) is 1.25 Evasion boost to all Flying-types.
2: Avemount City in Larkan, my fanregion. Cliffs, rock towers and hanging bridges dominate the landscape here, don’t visit if you’re afraid of heights. Houses are carved into the stone and integrated with the cave systems, and the strong trees that have managed to survive the rocks are perfect perches for bird Pokemon. From the south is the well-traveled entrance via the cliffside path of Route 14(this might change lol) and the entrance to the Dragon Canyon stretches to the north; face the territorial Dragon-types at your own risk.
3: The 6th Larkan gym badge, the Aerial Badge, looks like a circle made of three white feathers. I will draw this later.
