If lizard’s ears are like this
wouldn’t that mean these are Tyranitar’s ears
In scarlet, larvitar is exclusive to that game, correct?
And in violet, bagon is exclusive in that game, correct?
AND their evolutions both get paradoxes, correct?
And the past paradoxes and future paradoxes are exclusive to scarlet and violet respectively, correct?
And the scarlet exclusive, tyranitar gets a paradox as a violet exclusive, correct?
And the violet exclusive, salamence gets a paradox as a scarlet exclusive, correct?
You see where im going with this point, correct?
So each exclusive Pokémon features in the other game as another exclusive for that game, correct?
Ok i bet literally all of you know that but if you didnt, there you go.
I dont know why i tried to make it a big deal
I was playing Radical Red again today (as usual), going through a bunch of trainer battles, same old same old.
Until I get to a certain Birdcatcher.
After a while, he sends out a Togekiss. I send out my Tyranitar, Caleb, to counter it. It paralyzed him- that’s fine, I still kill.
It switched to a Tropius- which was also fine because I had ice-fang, and Caleb was pretty bulky.
It started to use growth, which was good- I could get in free damage and catch the opponent off guar-
[Caleb is paralyzed! It cannot move!]
…
Thats fine.. It happens. The guy is probably gonna get greedy- so I could use another ice-
[Caleb is paralyzed! It cannot move!]
…
H o w..?
It’s fine- everything is fine. I’ll be able to go again- it’s-
[Caleb is paralyzed! It cannot move!]
..
Maybe the AI will get greedy again-?
[Tropius used Solar Beam! It’s Super Effective!]
[Caleb fainted!]
.
Three paralyzings in a row. During sunny weather. As my opponent was setting up.
As much as I hated rng at that moment- I just kinda feel bad for Caleb. Guy watched something that could easily kill him from the start get stronger, and stronger, transforming into an Avengers Level Threat.
So uh. That’s an example of me being trolled by rng, and I give apologies to Caleb the tyranitar, who had to suffer through that.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk
So I’ve got Violet, and apparently you can’t get Larvitar in that game, as it’s a Scarlet exclusive?
I used to have a Tyranitar, but my Switch got busted and I lost my file (and therefore the Tyranitar) when I got a new one.
If anyone have a Larvitar they’re willing to give up, I’d be really thankful! Like, SOOOOO THANKFUL.
I have like, this shiny Trevenant (level 5 😒)and an orange Zapdos (level 100 🤯) if you’d like that for the Larvitar. Yes. I’m willing to give that away for a Larvitar.

It took me 2 days to finally find everything that happened in the patch (and I even cheated a bit and looked at unite-db's patch notes don't yell at me)
From this patch I can tell that they're trying to get the "bad" stuff to be "good." Did it work? Some of it did, some of it didn't.
Crustle:
Sturdy (Ability): Buffed
Sturdy gives Crustle extra Defense and Special Defense for every 7% of missing HP Crustle has, which stacks at most 10 times.
Defense and Special Defense per level: 1 -> 2
Base: 5 -> 6
X-Scissor (Move): Buffed
X-Scissor was a pretty annoying move at the start, immobilizing the target near Crustle and pushing them back quite a bit, but now Crustle can do more of this faster.
X-Scissor Cooldown: 7s -> 6s
X-Scissor+ Cooldown: 6s -> 5s
Rubble Rouser (Unite Move): Buffed
Crustle's Unite Move was pretty annoying before the buff because Crustle could always be in your face and deal massive damage with the massive speed boost it gets from it AND the rocks around Crustle which deal extra damage. It also dealt damage to enemies who attacked it called "revenge damage."
Revenge Damage
Ratio: 120% Attack -> 160% Attack
Damage Per Level: 10 -> 12
Base Damage: 270 -> 360
Is Crustle better now after the buffs? YES! Nobody really expected Crustle (along with the rest of these mons) to get any buffs, but let's hope these unexpected patches keep coming.
Tyranitar:
HP Stat: Buffed
From unite-db (this is the one instance I looked at unite-db):
Level 1: 3150 -> 3150
Level 2: 3224 -> 3231
Level 3: 3313 -> 3328
Level 4: 3420 -> 3445
Level 5: 3809 -> 3868
Level 6: 3964 -> 4036
Level 7: 4150 -> 4238
Level 8: 4373 -> 4480
Level 9: 5161 -> 5336
Level 10: 5482 -> 5685
Level 11: 5868 -> 6194
Level 12: 6330 -> 6606
Level 13: 6885 -> 7209
Level 14: 7551 -> 7932
Level 15: 8350 -> 8800
Tyrannical Rampage (Unite Move): Buffed
Cooldown: 134s -> 112s
Were these buffs enough to bring the king of All-Rounders back? No.. but maybe soon. Maybe bringing it back to how it was at its release is a bit too much, though.
Garchomp:
Boosted Attack: Buffed
Ratio: 110% Attack -> 120% Attack
Lifesteal: 15% -> 20%
Livid Outrage (Unite Move): Buffed
Cooldown: 134s -> 112s
Garchomp has been possibly the worst 'mon in the game for too long. However, as much as I hate to admit it, these buffs really don't help Garchomp much. It's still a bottom-tier Pokémon even with the extra Boosted Attack damage and the extra Lifesteal. Maybe one day Garchomp will be top-tier.
Talonflame:
Brave Bird (Move): Buffed
Ratio: 130% Attack -> 153% Attack
Damage Per Level: 18 -> 20
Base Damage: 800 -> 880
Everyone says that with the massive Brave Bird damage buff that ZR is the new Mewtwo-killing button (depends on your controls, though), and I certainly agree with this. Talonflame is definitely a pretty high-tiered 'mon right now, but maybe not up at top-tier yet. But it does do massive damage to Mewtwo now.
Mewtwo X:
These weren't in the patch notes.
Future Sight (Move): Nerfed
Maximum Damage to players decreased to 2000
Infinite Psyburn (Unite Move): Bug Fix (more like a nerf, though)
Damage overlap bug fixed
Basically, now if two or more areas of Mewtwo's Unite overlap and you're at the overlap spot, you won't take extra damage. You can now only take ONE Infinite Psyburn, whether you're standing in two, three, four, or even 5.
These Mewtwo nerfs are still quite pathetic. Mewtwo is still terrorizing ranked like it's nothing. We haven't had any nerfs to Psystrike (except for the 2s cooldown increase).
Let's hope we get more unexpected patches like this.
Well,Longrack the Farigiraf kinda got super lucky against eri.
Becuz of sucker punch, he was able to power through with +6 nasty plot and +4 agility...before getting destroyed by a wild Lokix.
The poor giraffe.
Considering it's late game, I decided it's pseudo time as I really needed some firepower. Initially I tried to go with hun-grr the deino, but replaced with Pupitar->Tyranitar Grimlock (becuz he's already second stage and is easier to chanesy train).
I'm a bit concerned about the e4 and ai bosses beciz while I was overlevelled for penny and clavell, a lot of damage was sustained that nearly ended some of my mons.
Better be careful!
