Gothitelle: The Astral Body Pokemon
Gothitelle: The Astral Body Pokemon
I made the decision to rush the rest of violet and i have an update. (all this was done yesterday)
I defeated tulip in alfornada. alfornada was very nice, i liked the moroccan inspiration and everyhting gave morocco in the design.
When they said i had to do ESP as the gym test, i thought it was therapy since what would i expect from Emotional Spectrum Practice?
Also tulip said that i slayed. i cringed so hard. why, gamefreak, why?
Details of the Battle:
Her team was easy at first, until her gardevoir came and i couldnt keep my meowscarada one-hit KO it with flower trick like i did with her farigiraf. this forced me to switch out and she one-hit KO'd my whole team, apart from meowscarada. i managed to defeat her gardevoir with a seed bomb and hen her espathra with a knock-off, which was super effective. her florges seemed easy, but 2 moonblasts knocked meowscarada out. while i covered the psychic type weakness with quite a few dark pokemon, she got me back and used fairy moves. i had to retreat and rematch her, switching my dreepy for my pyroar.
Rematch:
i ko'd her gardevoir with meowscarada my last pokemon (who literally ko'd all of her pokemon; my other pokemon were used as dummies to take all the damage) and flower trick ko'd espathra
Her florges was ko'd by a good knock-off. i won against tulip after a heart-racing rematch, with my last pokemon, meowscarada, on 23hp
I moved on to Grusha. in the middle of nowhere. it seems realistic that there is no city there, just a miscellaneous gym with only hikers.
i only did the gym test btw. i will be challenging her later today or tomorrow.
I did the gym test and i was confused why my miraidon was grey. is it bc of snow or smth? also why was i shocked when they said grusha in HIS prime. like i knew he was male why was i caught off-guard???

Last Time on Pokémon Typer
I was enjoying some time off out of costume and went to watch one of the gym battles in Shalour City. It was a one-on-one battle between the Dragon Gym Leader Sergei and his Pokémon, Dragonite, against one guy with a funky monocle with colors and shapes bouncing around it.
Gym Leader Sergei wants to battle!
Dragonite used Dragon Claw = The Challenger dodged.
Challenger activated Attack Mode: Insight Glean = 21 HP of Damage. Dragonite's Accuracy lowers.
Beckett: "He's a Typer!"
Dragonite used Scale Shot = It missed
Challenger used Quick Chop = 4 HP of Damage
Dragonite used Flamethrower = 30 HP of Damage
Challenger: "Darn. I am being too careless."
Challenger activated Status Mode: Teleportation Step = Challenger's Evasiveness Increases.
Dragonite used Iron Head = It missed.
Sergei: "He is teleporting everywhere!"
Challenger used Tail Stomp = 7 HP of Damage
Dragonite used Flamethrower = It missed
Challenger activated Attack Mode: Insight Glean-Psycho Cut Variation It's a Critical Hit!
Dragonite used Iron Head = 25 HP of Damage
Sergei: "Haha! I finally got you."
Challenger: "Heh, that may be, but can you do it again?"
Challenger used Quick Jab = 3 HP of Damage
Dragonite used Dragon Claw = It missed
Challenger used Drop Kick = 15 HP of Damage
Dragonite Fainted
Gym Leader Sergei Loses, Challenger Wins
Sergei: "Congrats...You Dirty Sneak!
Sergei was about to strike the challenger before I used my Encasing Amber Move to immobilize him.
Beckett (Hidden in the crowd): "Uh Oh, Sergei. That was a meany thing to do."
Sergei: "Ah! Gnatdett. I-I am sorry, Sir. I lost my temper...again."
Beckett: "Now give the nice participant his badge, and we can discuss how we treat our friend after we lose."
Sergei: "Sigh...yes, Sir. Here is your Badge...uh..."
Challenger: "Ecgred. Ecgred the Psychic Typer. Thank you, Gym Leader Sergei, and Thank you, too, Elite Four Gnatdett...wherever you are.
Beckett: "Dztahaha! No Problem, and have a wonderful time during this challenge."
Ecgred left the arena while I was putting on my Gnatdett costume. I was going to give Sergei a lecture that he will remember.
Next Time on Pokémon Typers-Ep.10: Making a Scene! The Starter Pack Appear!
Attack Mode: Insight Glean- The User, Ecgred, telepathically disrupts the target's mind. The target's Accuracy may be lowered. (I took the phrase "glean insight" and reversed it. Instead of someone gaining a bit more insight. The target loses some insight by their attacker.)
Psycho Cut Variation- This move has a heightened chance of landing a critical hit.
Status Mode: Teleportation Step- The User, Ecgred, teleports around and increases his Evasiveness by one Stage. If a terrain or entry hazard is active on the field, the attacker will take an additional effect depending on the terrain hazard. (I wanted a more battle-oriented version of Teleport. The Terrian/Hazard Effect is based on the idea that the attack misses the teleporter and crashes into something else.)

Professor Cypress: He is both the professor and water type Gym Leader of the Ellenia Region. When doing neither of those things, he enjoys relaxing on the beaches of the thousands of islands of Ellenia. His ace is Ellenic Kingambit (a Dark/Water type). He gives the Beach badge to trainers who defeat him.
Nicholas is your rival who likes to find rare pokemon. His main goal is to defeat the main legendary pokemon of the Ellenia region (he sees you as an obstacle to be overcome). He chooses the starter strong against your starter (placeholder Blastoise). (His reuniclus and hydreigon are the Ellenic regional variants which are Poison/Dark and Water/Dragon respectively. His aegislash is just a placeholder)
Leonidas is the Fighting type gym leader. His ace is the Fighting/Steel type Sparthundred which evolves from Falinks. He gives the War Badge when defeated.
Socrates is the Psychic type gym leader. His ace is the Rock/Psychic type Jewelgantic which is a regional variant of Coalossal. He gives the Thought badge when defeated.
Constantine is the Rock type (and final) gym leader. His ace is Staturigus, a Rock/Ghost regional form of Cofagrigus and Runerigus. He gives the Legend badge when defeated.
Introducing the Indeedee!
I’m going to catch these two guys if they were real.
Today, I made this fan artwork of Jirachi surrounded by an octet of colored stars. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🎨

They should probably have a Pokémon that looks like a bird called an Ibis that's both flying/psychic type?
I had some old sketches of mew so I decided to slap them into a page and finish them lol. Sorry for the inactivity, I’ve had no motivation to draw due to irl stuff, but hopefully in a few weeks I can draw more actively soon!
Didn’t shade these since I don’t really have the time nor motivation 🥹
