Red Chapter 9
A Pokémon Comic Dub - In this comedic chapter, we find a Pokémon expert and inventor Bill in a bit of trouble. He accidentally merges with a Pokémon and needs Red's help to turn back to a human. The catch is a wild Fearow thinks Bill might be its next meal.
A Pokémon Comic Dub - Red and Misty recover from a Pokémon battle with team Rocket. Red now has three strong and loyal Pokémon - Bulbasaur, Pikachu, and Poliwhirl. He is striving to be the best Pokémon trainer and catch them all. Now in Cerulean city, he soon realizes that Misty had inherited wealth when he sees her mansion. Despite his boasting about his skills as a trainer, Misty has a secret that will humble him down.

Role: Attacker
Stats:High Power and Defense
(Poliwag(Lv1)->Poliwhirl(Lv5)->Poliwrath(Lv8))
Ability(Swift Swim):When Attacking, moves slightly faster (25%)
Basic Attack:Smacks the opponent with its Tail(Poliwag)/Hands(Poliwhirl and Poliwrath), then an uppercut.
Special 1:Bubble Beam
Shoots a stream of bubbles. This stuns opponents in place and makes them slower for a while.
Special 2:Belly Drum
Cuts Poliwag's HP by 25%, but makes it unstoppable.
Special 1 Upgrade 1:Hypnosis
Poliwhirl/Poliwrath emanate a mysterious psychic wave in front of them to put foes to sleep and lower defenses during the time their asleep.
Lvl 10 Upgrade: Sleep effect lasts longer.
Special 1 Upgrade 2:Waterfall
Poliwhirl/Poliwrath summon a wave and swim in the direction they face using it. Unstoppable during execution. If a foe is caught during startup, they are temporarily stunned. It can be turned around up to 3 times.
Lv 10 Upgrade:Increased Power.
Special 2 Upgrade 1:
Focus Punch
Poliwhirl/Poliwrath pause in place to build up energy for a while, unstoppable at the starting frames, then throws a huge punch. Was going to make it like Ryu/Ken Focus Attack where the execution makes it 100% intangible but needed to put in the weakness of it being interuptible.
Lv 10 Upgrade: Increased amount of time unstoppable.
Special 2 Upgrade 2:Circle Throw
Poliwhirl/Poliwrath will become unstoppable, like Machamp using Submission. However, the grab range is slightly shorter, and grabs the foe and throws them overhead. If a Pokemon that is airborne is nearby (eg. Talonflame using Fly), Circle Throw, will double as Smack Down and use the grabbed foe as a projectile to send the airborne foe down, stunning them.
Lv 10 Upgrade: Increased Grab Range.
Unite Move:Super Breaststroke(Lv 9)
Poliwrath will becomes unstoppable and swim in a breaststroke forward at high speeds, with its swimming arms delivering minor damage while charging forward.
(Note:I've not played Unite since getting SSBU, so this moveset's viability is up in the air)
Holowear:
Champion Style:Wears that belt from the Poliwrath in the episode Charizard begins to Obey Ash, and Swimming Goggles.
