I was in front of the Pokémon center fresh outa mt moon (I hate caves in Pokémon) and saw a patch of grass. One square. So I ran through it thinking nothin could be in it but the out jumped a lvl 19 pidgeotto. I caught it and evolved it into pidgeot

It was a Dino. With fire. 2 of my fav things. So why not?
Pikachu
It was adorable but every time I tried to weaken one to catch, it fainted. After hours spent fainting Pikachus and switching Pokémon, I used a weaker, lower level weedle to poison it and the caught it.
Rhyhorn
Last night I went to the safari zone and the only ones I was able to catch were rhyhorns. Just as soon as I was starting to think my rhyhorn collection of rhyhorns would beat ash’s Tauros collection, I caught a nidoran and left.

Growing up in the 90’s as any other kid, I fell in love with Pokémon. I can remember being between the ages of 6-7 playing Red and although I was young and barely knew what I was doing, I grind as hard as I could put in so many hours to build up as best of a team, each maxing out in levels. 25+ years later, I have a son who loves Pokémon just as much as I did if not more. So I thought it was fitting to get this sick drawing done of him with his favorite Pokémon (Eevee) surrounded by the team I adventured with.
