It's the evolution of pachirisu. I called the fan evolved from porinochu. its tail is long because pornichu is a baseball-related pokemon, like cinderace (soccer kicks). they have spines along their backs all the way up to their tail tips, and can roll into a spiky ball. its large ears can detect far away things. it usually looks angry but that's just how their eyes formed. I put armor plates on his shoulders cuz it looks weird without them. their signature move is tail whip, it's only that they use their hands, uncurl their tail, and swing it like a bat.
