I no I'm 6-7 years too late but IDC, what I do care about though is the fact that in detective Pikachu there was a Pokémon battle with Gengar and Blastoise. They butchered the fact that they could've used a Nidorino instead just to reference the opening of the first game kinda like how the anime handled it on the first episode of indigo league.
IRL Gengar is cursed I can see why he is supposed to be scary and cursing.
I have been wondering about this for a long time and I’ve thought of a lot of candidates so here are them with the reason why:
Rowlet- its the first Pokémon in the first Pokédex (Hisui)
Bulbasaur- first Pokémon in the national Pokédex
Rhydon- first designed Pokémon
Arceus- created all other Pokémon
Gengar/Nidorino- ffirst Pokémon shown in the anime (but on TV)
Dodrio- first Pokémon shown physically in the anime (as a crow in the anime)
Mew- evolved into all Pokémon
Lapras/Clefairy- were created alongside Rhydon

Ok so, in the regular gym battle, I'd only have King, Toxin, Bane, and Sundew, but King is a Nidoran and Toxin is a Grimer.
Ok so basically, the puzzle is that one scene from the Princess Bride where the two guys drink poison at some picnic thingy. There are 3 rooms, and each with a gym trainer inside. There are 2 other people inside of each room, who try to hint to you about which drink is “poisoned” (fun fact: there’s a table with 5 different drinks in each room, 2 are “safe” for you to drink.) If you drink the “poisoned” drink, you have to fight the gym trainer. Here’s the catch, in the spirit of The Princess Bride, all drinks are poisoned. Dw, there’s no real poison involved. It’s just berry juice (you’re told that the safe drink is made from pecha berries, and that the poisoned berries are made from various other berries, notably pinap berries)

One time I was playing let's go Eevee and I unlocked the daycare I put put my nidorino in the daycare by Itself and I left and my first battle was with a ghastly I beat it but I realized my nidorino was missing so I thought ghastly took it and forgot about it until I got into breeding which was after I beat 17 master trainers so that's when I realized My nidorino was there the whole time and lvl 54 too I pretty sure other people have done this too right?
Short version, I missed the first moonstone in Mt. Moon and I need it to evolve Nidorino before facing Surge. Is there one I can get in between or is there a way I can go back without resetting?

Tera: Don't mess with Team Rocket! Go, Raticate!
Maxi: Stop them, Squirtle!
Squirtle attacked with tackle...
Tera: Hyper Fang!
The attacks collided forming some smoke. After the smoke dispersed, Squirtle was locked it by Raticate's fangs!
Maxi: Withdraw!
Raticate lost the ability to deal damage.
Squirtle emerged from his shell and used Bubble!
Raticate is weak...
Tera: Oh Dear Nidorino, won't you destroy those meddlers!
Nidorino charged and hit Maxi's foot.
Maxi: H-Hey... We a-are trying to... hel--p y-you.
Tera: Good Nidorino! Now, come with us!
Ronnie: Hey! You got him? Good! I called the rest of the guys to take this guy to our base!
Maxi: H-Hey! Y-You... You...
Maxi whited out from the poison!
Ronnie: We should take him to Admin James.
Tera: Yes! Your mentor would love this gift!
