Looker

In the Pokemon: Best Wishes episode "Team Plasma and the Awakening Ceremony", Looker tries to fight back the villains by using a metal pipe to destroy Colress' device only to be caught and shackled by some grunts, forcing him to watch Ghetsis' ceremony with Iris, Cilan, Cedric, and later, N (except Ash and Team Rocket). In the next episode however he is still shackled in the beginning and moments later, he was then seen without his shackle around his body managing to convince Team Rocket into joining the battle.

I was just wondering, how did Looker get out of his metal shackle before heading to Team Rocket?
