Gen 1: Exeggcutor; its alolan counterpart gets all the fame

Gen 2: Skarmory/Delibird; dont lie, you thought these were both from hoenn

Gen 3: Nincada; idk what to say abt it

Gen 4: Stunky; you didnt know it existed, did you?

Gen 5: Alomoloma; its not a luvdisc evo, everyone turned away from it

Gen 6: Furfrou; all of its unique styles were just forgotten

Gen 7: Comfey; i had to strain my mind to remember this existed

Gen 8: Cursola; no-one talks about it enough, its so cool!

Gen 9: Veluza/Squawkabilly; these were just unnecessary - gamefreak desperately needed to get the dex number as high as possible to surpass 1000

What do you think are the most forgotten pokemon of each gen?

(i didnt do patrat/ elemental monkeys bc they are remembered for being forgotten, see?)

I was playing Radical Red again today (as usual), going through a bunch of trainer battles, same old same old.

Until I get to a certain Birdcatcher.

After a while, he sends out a Togekiss. I send out my Tyranitar, Caleb, to counter it. It paralyzed him- that’s fine, I still kill.

It switched to a Tropius- which was also fine because I had ice-fang, and Caleb was pretty bulky.

It started to use growth, which was good- I could get in free damage and catch the opponent off guar-

[Caleb is paralyzed! It cannot move!]

…

Thats fine.. It happens. The guy is probably gonna get greedy- so I could use another ice-

[Caleb is paralyzed! It cannot move!]

H o w..?

It’s fine- everything is fine. I’ll be able to go again- it’s-

As much as I hated rng at that moment- I just kinda feel bad for Caleb. Guy watched something that could easily kill him from the start get stronger, and stronger, transforming into an Avengers Level Threat.

So uh. That’s an example of me being trolled by rng, and I give apologies to Caleb the tyranitar, who had to suffer through that.

I want to create a real life Pokédex that contains all kantonian Pokémon WITHOUT evolutions or pre-evolutions from later gens, so electabuzz and magmar will not evolve at all. So i also want to add original typings, so no fairy. I want to ask you if there are any other types that were added subsequent to generation one as well as the original typing of the pokemon who were given them. I know that steel dark and fairy were added later but are there any others? Also what ae the original typings of Clefairy, Jigglypuff etc. thank you

...except when I tried to work with all 1008 of them the past few times it proved too tough. So I decided to split them up by region.

I thought of this awhile ago and it’s a game where we play in the Kanto region again but we do it 30-40 years before the events of Red and Blue kinda like Legends Arceus but not as long back. Your rivals would be a young Professor Oak ( think oak from the 4th movie) and a young Agatha with Oak being the more recent nice rival and Agatha being the more traditional antagonistic rival. The main villain would be Madam Boss who is actually the founder of Team Rocket and Giovani’s mother and we could have an almost new cast of Gym leaders because the only one who would still be around is Blaine. The last scene of the game would be a cut to future where Oak remembering his journey with your character him and Agatha and he asks his assistant to call in Red and Blue. The only thing I don’t know is a name for this game(s) so if anyone has suggestions I’d love to hear them.

There are many unsolved mysteries in the Pokémon franchise. I’d like to hear some of your answers to these theories

1. Who are the other Kanto starting trainers?

2. What war did Lt. Surge serve in?

3. How did the Crystal Onix come to be, and what happened to it?

4. Why do Pokémon only say their own names?

5. Who is the actual first Pokémon?

6. How do you become a Gym Leader?

7. What happens to a Pokémon in the PC

8. Where is the player’s/Ash’s father? Did they serve in the same war as Lt. Surge?

9. Are some Pokémon allowed to be eaten while others aren’t? Where is the line drawn?
