If you were a gym leader/elite four/npc who battles, what would your pre battle remark be? like rika says, 'i'd say i'll go easy on you, but i would be lying! think fast!'

Mine would be:

'you'd better mark the pokemon centre on your map, 'cause i'll be sending you there in a minute!'

You could have type-based like:

Bug- 'you're really bugging me with your smug attitude [in terms of challenging me] so get ready because me and my pokemon, we'll swat you like a fly!'

Or ice: 'once i defeat you, you'll be left frozen in your tracks!'

What would your pre-battle remark be?

It would take a few years before the start of Indigo League, and the series would focus on Ash as a little boy growing up, it would show his early love for Pokémon, how he wanted to become a trainer and learn as much as he can to explore the world with his Pokémon friends, his participation in Professor Oak's Summer Camp, his relationship with a young Serena, and even the early days of his friendship/rivalry with Gary Oak. What do you guys think?

Like the title says- this thought came to me while listening to music.

What if there was a Fakemon region/game based on Indie Games?

Might try drawing examples of regional forms and such, but I have a few pitches.

Gym Leaders are based on less known games- but are still somewhat recognizable.

Elite Four are the main four indie games, Undertale, FNAF, etc.

Champion is either the most well known indie creator, STEAM itself as a theme, or the most successful one.

Starters I’m not so sure about- my idea for the Evil Team could be about how indie games are often in the shadows of bigger game developers and are prone to possible stealing without anything they could really do.

Feel free to leave suggestions! I’ll try making some drawings of regional forms first because those may be easier starts.

The Soundtrack

This is easily one of my favorite parts of the game. All the soundtracks in the game are bangers

The Story

For me, the story is pretty cool! The idea of gym leaders having to hold back from the progression and it being like a sport in Galar rings me as something they should try again! Chairman Rose also had a reasonable reason as to why he was doing what he does for his people (before people say "REGIELEKI", GF didn't think about DLC at the time of making the game, they even said this themselves if you do some research on the topic.

The Gym Battle and the Gimmick

Unlike the other Gym Leaders in previous generations, Galar actually used its gimmick to the fullest potential. Whether DMax or GMax, each gym leader besides Piers (which makes him based) used the region's gimmick to its fullest potential (unlike Z-Moves and Megas lol). This instantly puts the Gym Leaders better than Kalos and the Kahunas.

Okay... and? Is it so bad that Galar does it when every other generation does the exact same thing? Also, why does Charizard get the hate but Eevee and Pikachu don't? (I already know the answer, cuteness, but still, the point stands)

I always hate this argument because LGPE and SwSh have different art styles, and you can't expect GF in 1 year to put them on all art styles they decide to try across every game. This isn't the 3DS or DS, they actually have room to experiment with styles, and this makes it impossible to include everyone
