So I asked on the pokemon unite fandom and didn't get much advice(the little bit I did was pretty helpful though)(the guy may have randomly gone offline, but I'm convinced he just unfollowed the post since I was pretty much just rambling[bad habbit], only after he presumably left did I get to the thought of"oh hey, Sableye might actually work in place of Deilphox"). I have this team idea I'm going to try to do with some friends when I get enough I can share the idea with, It consists of Delphox, Gardevoir, Dragonite, Mr. Mime, and Greedent. Gardevoir takes the 1st and 3rd shift for jungling, while Deilphox takes the 2nd and 4th shift. Mr. Mime levels by taking out wild pokemon in the top lane(will be assisted by whichever Jungler isn't Jungling), and Dragonite rakes the bottom lane's wild pokemon and Reji to give the frailer top lane a shield. Cut to the end, everyone has a balanced way of leveling up to 9-13, except Greedent. So my initial idea was max out his hp or defences, and keep him at level 11/12 so he has a lower respawn timer, that way he can be on the battle front as often as possible to heal the offensive 3s to make up for his lack of bulk until he reaches the higher levels. So I need advice on:
●How do I level Greedent up without disturbing the rest of the team?(my thoughts were scoring several goals in the beginning with Gardevoir and dragonite kinda protecting it, and giving it an EXP share. But the guy made the good point of no one on my team is good at scoring goals, so this won't be that great of a leveling route.)
●is there a unit better than greedent for this role? I chose greedent because it can heal dragonite, defend goals with it's bulkier-ness, and ward off ranged attackers with covet who are very good at pelting Dragonite without risk due to his lack if mobility.)
You don't need to read the rest of this, but if your going to say something about scoring or game plan then you should first.
My way of scoring was when Rayquaza timer gets like halfway done, Gardevoir and Deilphox would hide in a bush. Once Rayquaza spawns, and the enemy team is swarmed around it, Dragonite would use his unite move from halfway across the map when The junglers give the signal, the impact will stun them long enough for Gardevoir to unleash her unite move, Delphox will start pileing Flame vortex on top of Gardevoir's vortex, who will then, if needed(Dragonite was smashing them this whole time allready, and Deilphox was pelting them) Gardevoir will put future sight on top of the other vortexes, knocking them all out in a team AOE. This should also have Rayquaza low enough to finish off well before the team respawns(Keep in mind Deilphox didn't need to use her unite move, and could have used it beforehand, or now to finish off Rayquaza. During all of that, X-Speed/power swap Mr. Mime and Covet Greedent can swiftly make it from base(that they were defending if things somehow went wrong[for example Absole using a crowd control move and hitting them in the bush alongside his target]) to a goal in mere seconds. Gardevoir also has an X-speed to swiftly take the Rayquaza earnings to a goal to ensure points are scored before respawns(there are movement speed berries in the rayquaza arena, this could speed her up even further If they werent already taken). Then everyone goes back to base to play defence and knock out wild pokemon to recharge their unite moves(Deilphox has + recharge speed on everything including the unite move, so she should be recharged sometime during the fight.)
Any advice is appreciated!(also I do have more stuff written down, but don't feel like needlessly adding it to this massive paragraph.)
