This took a long time, and it was painful to choose just one in some cases. Over 1000 Pokémon... Ultimately, Gholdengo is superior to all Pokémon (to heck with that goofy goat-centuar stuck in a fence 😏).
Even though I started with Gen 1, Gen 9 became my favourite. Love Paradoxes. Tried not to overlap with any aside from the ones at the bottom. (Don't really know what "Team" was for, but I just chose my current six ultimate favourites.)

Me personally Gengar is one of the reasons I wouldn’t want pokemon to be real (im starting to visualize gengar in my room right now) but I always liked haunter more for some reason but it’s mega is amazing. It’s like a sprit getting dragged into Hell and with it smiling and the third eye like thing? That’s a little metal… 7.5/10
I have a theory that dreepy were actually tatsugiri in their last life, and i have sufficient evidence. first off, its Gen 9 dex entry states that it bites clauncher while it doesnt eat them, maybe hinting that it ate them in a past life and that its around water. in violet, it does also spawn around water too. it's evolutions also revolve around the whole 'using pre-evolution in battle'. pre-evolution could also be weaker pokemon, like dondozo uses tatsugiri. they are both dragon-type too. maybe the fact that it is a ghost gave it an ability to evolve into a very different pokemon to what its living form was.
What do you think? theres not enough evidence i have to fill the gaps but most of it adds up, right? or it could be a complete coincidence. but what do you think dreepy could've been?

So ive been doing some thinking and ive seen that there are some existing pokemon who would match the unused type combos as of generation 9. so here they are:
Bug-Dragon - Armaldo (if it wasnt a fossil) and Slither Wing
Normal-Steel - Klink line
Normal-Rock - the most popular (and logical) choice is lycanroc
Normal-Ice - Cubchoo, Eiscue,Vanilite
Normal-Bug - Tarountula
Ground-Fairy - i dont really know for this but ive seen Phanpy maybe?
Fire-Fairy - this is hard maybe Delphox??? i dont agree with it bc its a witch and literally has psychic powers but i have no other ideas
Rock-Ghost - Sableye i mean, it lives in a cave which is made of ROCK it has ROCKS for eyes and when it mega evolves, it cuddles a giant ROCK. Also, Runerigus, greavard etc. (gamefreak are allergic to this typing it couldve been put on so many pokemon but no)
Ice-Poison - another hard one; the only one i saw was Hisuian sneasel and sneasler but even theyre a bit of a stretch
As it has been happening lately, during October before the release of the upcoming game, we get a trailer depicting a ghost type Pokémon in some kind of horror fashion. Which begs the question; what kind of Ghost type Pokémon would be exhibited for Legends: Z-A? What kind of mythology from France would be used for inspiration?
