Decided to keep weezing on board after some research, I'll need a burn/poison to get past shuckles insane defenses.
I dunno if I have to trigger this, but I'm gonna quickly get through it.
Opals a hypocrite, she said her favorite color was purple. Now she's interested in pink? *Cue confusion birds chirping*
Huh, how's rose gonna fit a dynamax Mon in hammerlockes basement? Those things are huge.
Hop battle...I Dunn...morgrem nearly slices trevanant in half with false surrender but it gets a confuse ray off and survives. Why? Dark pulse does finish it off though.
Anywho Snorlax is next and I regret not bringing pancham, timburr or Scraggy to it, so I use runerigus instead.
Nvm stockpile means I'm going nowhere, weezing time.
Now for rillaboom to hold a show. (Heavy slam hurts on weezing)...nvm drum beating+toxic was enough to defeat it.
Next is...I thought it was Durant but it's heatmor. I accidentally stayed in with rillaboom but swap to quag for a better option.
Manage to get heatmor to sleep, now for rain dance and muddy water for the ko.
I send runerigus in against boltund, and set up a curse (I outsped it? What was it using? Oh roar)
Seriously hop? You don't crunch on runerigus? Eat a drum beating.
Spark vs snipe shot put us both at low HP...is it a speed tie? (Inteleon somehow outsped my dog...and she barely won via the power of friendship. Challenge runs, please use friendship more often).
Well I admitedly wanted Perserker bit this is fine.
Nah, forget about it, I don't want to have just mons that are useful for poke jobs and are otherwise gonna idle in the box. I also did a check, I wrote at least 1 Mon per area, not 1 Mon only, so I can use Perserker. (I briefly swapped out runerigus but then swapped it in place of boltund to give my dog a nice rest for today).
Who cares if you have frisk instead of prankster? You're still one of the coolest Galarian mons ever.
Also runerigus barely survived getting evicted twice after grimmsnarl one shotted a dusclops I wanted to get and a golett I caught has klutz. You know what, she deserves to stay after that cruel Evo method.
Ok, no vgc or doubles player is using brutal swing. Especially since it basically requires telepathy to dodge. (And surprisingly my runerigus after wandering spirit tricked on sand rush became pretty fast. That's surprising considering...it's base speed is like 30 or something. )
Finally got one at long last (I had to use an NPC camp as I ran out of main curry ingredients, gen 10 pls give main food ingredients out as side quest rewards).
...I sent snover and vanillite off on a poke job too...this is gonna be pain...
I catch a snoruny on the way to, umm what's it called *looks it up* circhester yes! It will probably help more on the way to spikemuth to circumvent the hail (like Vanilluxe did on my initial playthrough ( +Glalie is cool.
Anywho gym puzzle was definitely tough, but quag took out the gym trainers, now for Gordie.
Since quag put in a lot of hard work already, I decided to let rillaboom take the lead here as Gordie starts off with Barbaracle. Perfect.
As shuckles came out I swapped into weezing as it power split. Weezing toxics shuckle (helpful becuz shuckle is gonna be hard to take down) and gets confusion off on it with strange steam.
Toxic and strange steam manages to take down the silly wall that is shuckle. Weezing does the same as stonjourner goes for wonder room (wait it had that?). It also sets up rocks so weezing has to 1v1 gmax coalisall...not what she's here for but what gives? Weezing also gets paralyzed by body slam and gets a 1hp affection live to take out stonjourner. Great job!
Obviously, quag has to take on colossal due to typing. I'd liked a toxic but weezings too weak to do so.
Dmax Turn 1 was a weather war between geyser and flare, but colossal got powered up by steam engine. The goes increased speed allowed me to set up the rain second and keep it that way with a max guard before we both de-dynamaxed. (Gordie did go for g max volcalith... luckily that was dodged)
Quagsire disrespect mud shot for the win! Who needs unaware?
Glalie also arrived at just the right time for another hop battle with ice body (oops no it had inmer focus )and hail.
Dubwool put up a good fight but Glalie eventually uses the hail to overwhelm it. Snorlax eventually overwhelmed Glalie till it only had 1hp, so I sent runerigus in his place.
Finally, a way to hit normal types with my ghost (revenge). It also helps that runerigus is slow so the secondary effects gonna kick in guaranteed.
I swap a weakened Glalie into inteleon. Why? Freeze-d- nvm Glalie was defeated by snipe shot.
Inteleon and quagsire have a water type throwdown but it seems to be going nowhere. Quagsires water absorb does kick in against snipe shot though. Tearful look seems to bee a problem, but quag eventually outlasts inteleon.
All the tearful looks eventually took its toll on quag so I swapped Perserker in her place when corviknight came out, and 2 screeches and 2 iron heads later, the giant metal raven is down.
Luckily the last Mon is pincurchin. And I have 2 ground types (I picked quag as it was healthier)
Pincurchin going fore curse failed to stop quag from deleting it.
I think I'm gonna wrap up here. I'll probably swap boltund back in next time for 1 last adventure-im not sure how long boltund can survive this late in the game.
