So most places say Flash Fire only raises attack once, but others say it can raise it every time a pokemon is hit from XY onward, so which is right? Also, does the Metronome item raise base attack, or let's say it's at 100% raised power, then Heatran's flash fire kicks in, would it be able to raise the power by 20% once more or will it stay at 100% instead of 120%?
