Ekans

I knew that Ekans and Arbok are physically seen native Pokémon to the Kalos region in Pokémon X, Pokémon Y and Pokémon Legends: Z-A. However, they aren't physically in the entire Pokémon main TV anime, even thought they had appeared only in the fantasy during the XY and XYZ anime series. Now I wonder why you think?

I drew a noodle, and not so noodle like Pokémon.

I was playing Firered version and I used level 22 Ekans against a Level 31 Oddish in Bond Forest. I started with Glare and Para'ed Oddish and they replied wi' acid. I did bite (and for the rest of the game) and Oddish chose Acid again. I then did bite until the end of the game and Oddish: Flinched twice, Paralyzed, Flinched twice, Paralyzed and Flinched twice again and played no moves? Is it a massive glitch?

On ekans it says ekans shiny back sprite with an image of ekans normal back sprite
