Dialga: Temporal Continuance
Charging moves (like SolarBeam) will have 25% of the move’s power be used during the charging turn
Moves that need to charge after using (like Hyper Beam) will have 25% of the move’s power be used on the recharge turn
This applies to both Dialga and allies.
It’ll also (to enemy Pokemon) make charging moves take 2 turns and moves that need a recharge take 2 turns as well
Palkia: Spatial Manipulation
Palkia and it’s allies will have every move (not counting OHKO) be 100% accurate. It also lowers opponents accuracy by 10%.
Giratina: Distorted Contiguity
If there are field hazards set up on the ally side, Giratina will move those hazards to the enemy side. The moment Giratina switches in, the hazards will immediately take effect on the enemy Pokemon, as if they were just normally set up.
Giratina and allies will also bypass protecting moves.
