It and wo-chien are my two favorite pokemon in gen 9
I've heard people saying the mouth wouldn't work but it looks just like the mouth the whale it is based on has.

So Bellibolt just got unveiled and…I don’t like it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Gen 9 so far is going to be mediocre at best. There’s only one Pokémon that’s made me say “that’s a damn good Pokémon”, that being Ceruledge. Fidough and Grafaiai are cool as well. But every other Pokémon that has been unveiled are kinda plain or just bad. Ioni’s design is creepy, the professors are bland, the other trainers don’t really have anything that makes them stand out from characters previously done. I’m just not really impressed by anything shown off so far, hopefully I’m wrong and this game turns out to be great, but so far, its not. Some of the Pokémon I’m particularly disappointed in are Lechonk, Paldean Wooper, Klawf, Cyclizar, Bellibolt, and Cetitan
Lechonk - its just meme bait, its not special
Paldean Wooper - its pretty much just a recolor
Klawf - its just Krabby and Kingler, not really original
Cyclizar - this thing is an ugly shade of green and doesn’t have any stand out features
Bellibolt - its a really creepy looking doll, but not in a good way like Claydol
Cetitan - this absolute unit is hands down one of the ugliest things I’ve seen in my life
I really want this gen to be good but so far it’s just not

The name
Paldea sounds a little weird but idk the origin so I can't say much more
The ridable Legendaries
I think it's cool that you can ride them, and hopefully when you can fly on them you can go higher, because that's the only flaw I have with Hisuian Braviary
But... There's two things
1. They look a little stupid when you're riding them. Maybe I think that because they're missing some of their features.
2. It's a little disappointing that we (I assume) get the so early
The Pokemon
Paldean Wooper
I really like Wooper and I think it's cute, but I find the regional form a little bland.
It kind of just looks like brown Wooper with crossbones instead of gills(?)
Fidough
It's got a funny name and it's kind of cute, but I'm not too impressed by it. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it gets overrated like Wooloo (But it does look better than Wooloo)

Terra
Terra is the new gimmick, and I actually really like it
I love shiny things, so making Pokemon actually shiny like gems and giving them big gem sculptures on their heads is a big thumbs up from me!
I also find that it can enhance or even change the type of a Pokemon is really cool
Overall
I'm not very impressed by the new Pokemon but I really like the gimmick and I'm glad we can start calling the region by its name instead of "Scarlet and Violet" or "Gen 9"

Never reely liked wooper, but its new form is funny

Also pretty sure Grusha will be the only ice-type gym leader to be in the first four instead of the last four. also grusha looks like a girl.
