I'm trying to catch calyrex in pokemon sword, but it keeps escaping the ball! I even got it at low health, throw a ball, what happens? It comes out. Is there a way i can catch calyrex without changing my team??

I have been thinking of making a team for vgc and upcoming ones and I have thinking of using Calyrex Shadow or Zacian Crowed as my main pokemon. The problem is that I dont know which one to use. I have used nasty plot Calyrex Shadow and it is so good but Zacian with sword dance or without it is also super good. Help me please. Thank you
