"Ah, so delightful, people and Pokemon enjoying their time, such a nice festival I must say, too bad all these careless blockheads will be dead in seconds, simple just ashes and smithereens" a muffled voice behind a face mask muttered, it was Proton, an administrator for Team Rocket.
Proton slowly walked his way down to the Cerulean Police Station, they were giving away free rare candies.
-how careless- Proton thought.
After the citizens realized what the officers were giving away a crowd began stampeding over, and Proton was shoved into an alleyway.
Proton whispered curses pulling out his Weezings Pokeball and locking his face mask on.
Gas fumed the city as Proton ran out of the alley laughing maniacally, he ran across the bridge and straight into Cerulean Cave, stumbling all along the way.
Elite Four member Koga who was in a nearby town immediately arrived and depleted the amount of gas. Other known trainers came, most importantly Viridian Cities Gym Leader, Blue.
Blue
Age: 18
Pokemon: Blastoise, Arcanine, Rypherior, Pidgeot, Scizor, Alakazam
"What the hell happened...?" Blue asked, viewing the piles of unconscious trainers and Pokemon.
"I'm not sure, but witnesses who indoors reported seeing a suspicious man in a black costume running through the city after the gas was released with a Weezing following close behind him." Misty, the Cerulean Gym Leader, responded.
"No. Are you sure they aren't lying?" Blue asked, frantic.
"No, multiple residents reported the same thing," Misty responded.
"They're back.." Blue trembled, looking across the river and right at Cerulean Cave.
The droplets of Cerulean Cave's roof dripped onto Blues' spiky hair, he walked alone through the cave pushing mist away from his eyes. He made it to the first body of water he'd seen since outside of the cave.
"Blastoise, come on out!" Blue exclaimed, Blastoise dived into the water and Blue sat on the shell.
Blue began fiddling around with his Rotom phone, unaware of what he was about to stumble upon. Blastoise stopped and Blue looked up, torches led up to what looked like newly made stairs and a metal door, as blue walked up to them he prepared for the worst.
As he opened the door he was met with multiple team rocket members with their pokemon pointed right at him. Blastoise came in blocking all attacks, going into its shell, spinning and shaking the ground knocking out every opponent's pokemon and trainers.
"Damn it! They found us!" Proton yelled before getting hit by a hydro pump and blasted into a wall. Proton picked up his walkie-talkie, "Archer, initiate self-destruct in Cerulean base..."
A glass window began opening up revealing a suit of armor resembling the Pokemon Mewtwo.
"I thought...No, this ones different..." Blue stared in shock, stumbling backward.
Mewtwo turned its head over to Blue and raised its hands pointing at him. He backed away and.....
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
Cerulean cave exploded, huge rocks the size of houses flew through the air like meteors, and Cerulean City was destroyed, Mewtwo rose from the wreckage, blowing its armor right off.
