I swear his cry in game sounds like a mouse droid.
In celebration of that trend showing off tier lists lol
I miss poke pelago from Alola and galars poke jobs.
It gave mons in my PC box something to do instead of just rot in there, waiting for me to pick them to use.

...except when I tried to work with all 1008 of them the past few times it proved too tough. So I decided to split them up by region.
Sure hope the presents doesn't invalidate this.
You know, I've noticed something: the three new Regions of Pokémon, Alola, Galar, and Paldea, all have some kind of connection to the Creation Trio.
For Palkia it's the Alola Region. The theme in Alola is the Sun and Moon and travelling between dimensions which are all associated with the concept of Time, for the former to it's the Celestial Bodies in Space and for the Latter it involves Palkia's power to travel between dimensions.
For Giratina it's the Galar Region. In Legends Arceus it's revealed that Giratina was releasing distortion energy or something else that was making certain Pokémon go crazy and the same distortion and crazed rampaging effect happens with Dynamax mechanic in Sword and Shield.
For Dialga it's the Paldea Region. In Scarlet and Violet, the respective Professor are using their time mission to bring ancient or futuristic Pokémon to the present from their respective time periods, which connected to Dialga's Power to travel through Time.
I felt it necessary to bring this up. Please post in the comments if you saw this as well.

My phone camera is a bit unclean
Kanto, the region where I call home. A place with mostly plains and forests, a few caves and mountains thrown in for good measure, and ten municipalities with a total population of three hundred and ninety-one inhabitants. Well, tomorrow, it’ll be two people less.
Why two less you ask? Well, my mom and I are moving from Kanto to a new region; which, according to her, will be similar to paradise. I kind of follow her logic; after all, Kanto is mostly plains and buildings, which doesn’t sound that blissful.
She’s very excited to leave, not just because of living in a tropical region, but because as a marine biologist, she can discover new species of aquatic Pokémon that she’s never seen before. Mom gets tired of seeing Tentacools, Staryus, Magikarps, and beyond; in fact she received an opportunity to create an aquarium in the new region we’re heading to.
As for me, well, I'm very sad that we’re leaving. Especially since this was the region my life began. I have a couple of reasons why I want to stay here in Kanto, but my depressive emotions won’t let me utter a single word.
Walking out of my room, my mom was carrying out her duty of packing things; she did most of the job since it was my responsibility to pack the stuff in my room. While she packed framed photos into their respective boxes, I asked her, “Mom, can I fly Zucchini around Kanto so I have something to remember by?” She kneeled down and gave me a kiss on the forehead. “Of course Brooke, but the plane will land on the coast of Route 19 at two-thirty sharp. You have at least an hour to come back here, okay?” I nodded, then headed out the door.
Fuchsia City is where I reside, which is one of the southern settlements in Kanto, the other being Cinnabar Island. Besides the usual Pokémon Center and Pokémart you find at every corner of Kanto, Fuchsia is home to the Poison-type Gym leader, where Koga does his duty to challenge trainers and give their Pokemon a good dose of Poison-type moves in the process.
But the tourist location I’m heading to is the Pokémon Zoo, which is located at the northernmost point in Fuchsia. The zoo is pretty small, with the only inhabitants being Kangaskhan, Chansey, Voltorb, Lapras, and Slowpoke. But it’s also home to the only shiny Pokémon in the zoo, a green skinned and sand bellied Dragonite named Zucchini. When he was a timid pink Dratini, Team Rocket captured him in the waters of Route 10, and the grunts there felt like they hit a jackpot. Luckily, Lorelei, a friend of my mom, literally froze them in their tracks with her Lapras and rescued him before any further harm was dealt. After being healed, the newly named Zucchini formed a bond with my mom and they’ve been together until now.
On his back, I flew around Kanto while taking photos of the memorable locations of my home region: the abandoned mansion of Cinnabar Island, the homes of the famous Red and Blue of Pallet Town, the secret gym of Team Rocket leader, Giovanni, in Viridian City, the Pewter museum, the so-called Nugget Bridge north of Cerulean City, the tower where Pokémon rest in Lavender Town, the Silph Co. Tower of Saffron City, the arcade and department store of Celadon City, and finally the docks that hold the S.S Anne of Vermillion. With photos of the Kanto landmarks taken, I flew back south to Fuchsia city.
At home, I finished packing my stuff, and while I have other memoirs from Kanto, I went outside and collected some soil into a mason jar outside to remember where I was born. Suddenly, Sweetie exited the front door and ran to where I was, offering emotional support while I filled the jar with Kantonian dirt. Sweetie was an Eevee I recieved on my seventh birthday from my father. However, my mom was responsible for giving me my first Pokémon seven years after I was born. When I was delivered safely at the local hospital in Saffron City, my dad left, never to be seen again.
Sweetie leaped into the hole I excavated and dug for about two minutes before retrieving a necklace with a weird pendant. It was golden and shaped like a wheel with four diagonal lines forming a circle without the top and bottom parts. Four emerald like jewels were embedded where the lines end.
“Brooke, did you pack your belongings? The plane is here; we’re heading to our new home!” my mom called. Luckily I packed everything I needed, so I assisted mom with some boxes, then we boarded the plane. The propellers started spinning, and I looked at Kanto one last time before we took off, into a new land.

On the flight, I received a video call from someone who’ll help me start fresh in my new home. As I entered the meeting, a masculine voice said while adjusting his camera, “Hang on now, Gimme just a sec…” The man on the other end is Kukui, the professor of Alola. He has a muscular physique, dark eyes, ash gray hair in a bun, and a small goatee cushioning his pointy chin. He’s wearing a white hat with a rainbow embroidered covers his head, visor sunglasses with green rims, your average lab coat with rolled-up sleeves, gray baggy pants with a green stripe and white drawstrings, green sandals with white midsoles, and a silver ring on his left ring finger.
“Hey there! Good afternoon! So the day finally came that you moved to Alola!” Kukui said. “Alola is a region made up of several islands. That could be the reason the region is chock full of nothing but rare Pokémon. There’s no shortage of cool Pokemon out here in Alola, either! Such mysterious creatures!”
He threw a Pokeball in the air, and out emerged a quadrupedal, canine Pokémon. It is primarily light brown with a darker brown muzzle, paws, and ear tips. It has large blue eyes, button ears, a short muzzle with a triangular pink nose, and a short tuft of fur on each cheek. Around its neck is a ruff of grayish-white fur stubbed with dark brown pebbles. The dark brown markings on its paws extend to a thin point on each wrist and ankle. It has a grayish-white tail that curls tightly over its back and is covered in fluffy fur.
“You’ll find them all over Alola, in the grass, in the sky, in the sea. Here in Alola we love our Pokémon, and we depend on them too. Some of us even battle with them as well, which we call Pokémon Trainers! “
“Rockruff! Cutiefly! I’ll play with you guys later, so cool your engines!” After his Pokémon stepped out of camera, Kukui continued, “All right, I’ve got to ask you some questions about yourself so I can introduce you to everybody!” After filling in my information, he exclaims, “10-4, good buddy, I’ll let everyone out there know you’re ready. Brooke, that’s a name that hits you like a Trop Kick to the head! Can’t wait to see you in person then!” He waved goodbye before signing off.
It just makes no sense!
This is genuinely a missed opportunity.
In my headcanon, each Island Guardian has a Mythical which alerts & helps them when something happens.
Koko has Meltan
Lele has Magearna
Bulu has Zeraora
Fini has Marshadow
