So basically we all know when Pikachu learned Volt Tackle in Battle Frontier. But apparently Pikachu stopped using it in Black n White. why?
Because Pikachu learned a new move while fending off three mischievous Ducklett, Electro Ball.
That's because the Japanese writers wanted to keep Pikachu's Quick Attack and Iron Tail to balance it's attack while Pikachu can only used two electric attacks.
Wish they didn't ditch, that was my favorite of Pikachu's moves
