@AutumnalBinturong Pokémon Yellow was literally the 4th game (3rd for non-Japanese people) so Pikachu definitely deserves to be an honorary Kanto Starter. As for Eevee, it's not as much a starter as Pikachu although there are times it is the first Pokémon you can obtain.
