A mistake. A life sized Fletchling or Pikachu would have been a better idea because those two aren't ruined by the internet, and Fletchling could have been helped promote Z-A
I'd dig a life sized Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, or any base form Starter really. Granted they would probably be the size of a Mighty Eagle plush at largest, and about a foot tall at smallest. But it would still be cool
