For me that would be Squirtle. I find it very cute strong and i love it in the Anime. (Expecially Ash's)

Bulbasaur for me. I focus more on the early game than the late and I want the best choice unless I want a challenge. By the time the late game rolls around, I will have options to make up for what Venasaur can't do
