For me It's Carmine. I DESPISE this brat. She is an abusive jerk, who never becomes a better person, there are just less chances for her to be awful. It feels like the game is aware of this but won't acknowledge it. I hate being railroaded into participating in her abuse of Kieran, and Carmine is fully responsible for his "Joker Arc". I hate her and I hate the way both the games and the Wiki try to portray her as not human garbage.
