Lusamine and Guzma

I mean actual villains not ones that are misunderstood

I would say rose but the dlc with regieleki ruined him

Rose was such a bad villain i act like he doesn't exist

I think Rose had lots of potential to be good antagonist, but he wasn't executed very well

Bros plan was so bad i could do better

I think Lusamine definitely counts as a full on villain, especially in the original Sun/Moon.

Yeah, USUM Lusamine was bad but SM Lusamine.... yeah she is hardcore

SM Lusamine is def my favorite villain in the series
