None, no matter which Pokemon I pick it'll make others who like it sad, so I'd much rather just keep all of them.
I'd trash charizard and swap it for a less iconic Pokémon. Something around as memorable as Empoleon

I would get rid of Magikarp,but keep Gyarados and make it a pseudo legendary Or " power house Pokemon!" and I would also give gyarados gold coloring.
