Rowlet barely survived because of Home and DLC. That Dexit crud and Charmander unfairly being the only Pre-Galar Starter that didn’t need Home or DLC to be added is why I hate Charizard.
Goomy made it in, Poliwag and Rowlet returned later, as for mons that survived the dex cut that I liked and aren't too obvious (like zard, Lucario etc.), Glalie and Pyukumuku come to mind.
(In fact Glalie and goomy have been available in both swsh and SV. Neat)
