"At some point, a new form of Poipole started showing up in their world. They have several long metal rods which they use to attract electricity, which gets stored in the metal around their neck and their midsection. The tip of their tail is a sharp blade, which becomes very dangerous when they start swinging around their strong tails. These Poipole are much more mischievous, but are still used as a first partner Pokemon."
