Yes, but I don’t have any friends from the other hemisphere.
Download PokeGenie or some other raid app, it will let you queue into any raid worldwide. It's how I managed to get the silly [[ CLOWN AROUND TOWN ]] so quickly
What hemisphere are you in?
Northern/Western
Eastern/Southern.
