We let a Pseudo/Legend win in Johto, we can let a starter win. This logic of not letting Starter win because it’s predictable doesn’t work because we literally did the same thing in Johto, yet still people have this view.
Grovyle. The results are so bad, that I actually hope Breloom would win. That's what happens, when you vote out legendaries and the other really powerfull pokemon for the silliest reasons.
