Virizion is depicted as female in the SoJ movie and in PMD, despite all of the SoJ being based on the 3 Musketeers. The others are all considered male.

Although they could easily be any gender, the Tapus definitely lean towards one or the other design-wise (Bulu/Koko would be male, Fini/Lele would be female)

I think in the movies mewtwo is mostly considered male

First Movie/ Mewtwo Strikes Back Mewtwo has a male voice

But there is a second, mega-evolving Mewtwo in Genesect and the Legend Awakens, (the sixteenth movie, in Black/White) with a female voice. That comic and others like it use both mewtwos, but any other mewtwos are fanmade.

There are in canon 2 Heatran, one male and one female, that's why I'm the games Heatran has a gender (either male or female idk if it's random or not what gender you get.)
