The other Cynthia is the shiny Giratina (which i have in Legends Arceus) and i know that Cynthia (the Champion) originally came from Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. But the meme is about the chibi-thing.

(And yes, i also know that Giratina is shiny locked in Legends but i got through Pokemon Go and now its chilling in Legends Arceus).

I was saying what she's originally from because of how the meme is usually structured. They're from what they're originally from, and then become the other version.
