I just don't like his design much. All of the Unova protagonists have great designs but him, though I probably could've put him in B.

I would've personally put Kris in A-tier, but I understand that she's not everyone's cup of tea

I'm happy about the high rank for Rei, May, Leaf, and Hilbert tho :D
